This is because payment processors do not refund transaction fees, and we only cover these costs for our customers in cases of order fulfillment issues—not for cancellations due to a change of mind.
After 24 hours: Cancellation may not be possible. If your order has already been processed, you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. However, in rare cases, we may be unable to deliver to certain locations. If this happens, we will notify you and issue afull refund for your order.
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can return your item within 30 days of the purchase date (not the delivery date). To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With tags and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
